A Doula is a trained professional who acts as a companion providing emotional, physical, mental and informational support.

My personal Doula practice consists of companioning and supporting people during pregnancy, labour & birth and postpartum.

I strive to provide inclusive care for all people including the BIPOC and the 2SLGBT2Q Communities.
